Today Feb. 4, 2009 - Grupo Desarrollo Inmobiliario Las Palmas S.A. de C.V. is announcing the purchase of Club Intrawest Points Equity from Club Intrawest members in return for a real equity stake in a full real estate vacation home ownership interest in Zihuatanejo Mexico. You can use this equity exchange for upgrades, or as cash initial installment on the purchase of a condominium or villa at Residencial Las Palmas, a Zihuatanejo Real Estate Development.

I´ve been a Club Intrawest Member since 1994, this is an awesome options for members that want to own property in paradise, Zihuatanejo.
I am interested in a purchase (full ownership) of one or two bedroom condo unit at Club Intrawest. Please let me know the avialability, maps and all the relevant information. Do you have financing avialable as well?
